I offer childbirth education and birth, postpartum, and full-spectrum doula services, especially to Internationals or Dutch-International couples giving birth in the Wageningen area (Wageningen, Ede, Bennekom, Renkum, Heelsum, Doorwerth, Achterberg, Wolfheze, Randwijk, Heteren, Rhenen).
Prices are exclusive of VAT since I currently take advantage of the kleineondernemersregeling (KOR) scheme and do not have to charge VAT. Prices are valid for clients with due dates falling between 1 November 2022 and 31 December 2023.
I am currently not taking clients (as of 31 March 2023), until further notice.
Birth Doula
Gentle, judgement-free support during your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.

- Intake appointment of 1 hour
- Four prenatal appointments of 2.5 hours each in the comfort of your home to discuss your birth preferences, childbirth, giving birth in the Netherlands, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum self-care
- Practice comfort measures and positions for labour and birth
- Assistance writing your Birth Plan or Birth Preferences
- Childbirth, breastfeeding, postpartum preparation folder with detailed notes and postpartum recipes
- Maternity photoshoot (as desired). One hour shoot at your home or location in Renkum, Wageningen, Heelsum, Doorwerth, or Bennekom. 30+ high-resolution photos
- On call from 37 weeks until you give birth, joining you within 2.5 hours of when you call me to join your labour
- Available 24/7 by phone, text, or email from 37 weeks
- Continuous emotional, physiological, practical, and informational support for the duration of your labour for you and any loved ones present
- Support lasts up to 5 hours after giving birth
- Two postpartum visits within 72 hours and 5-6 weeks postpartum

Postpartum Doula
Engendering confidence in your ability to care for yourself and your new baby while providing personalized care tailored to your needs and situation.
- Zero-obligation introductory meeting at a café
- Intake appointment of 1 hour
- One prenatal meeting of 2.5 hours in the comfort of your home to establish rapport and understand your needs and preferences
- Six weekly appointments of five hours each starting (approximately) two weeks postpartum. Additional appointments in consultation.
- Each appointment we discuss how you are doing that week and what you need me to do that day, which may include the following:
- Housecleaning
- Cooking
- Breastfeeding support
- Holding space for anything you need to process
- Housecleaning Possibilities: fully cleaned bathroom, WC, laundry (wash, dry, fold, put in bedroom), dishes, sweep and vacuum all floors, washing floors (kitchen, bathroom, WC), washing sheets and changing bed linen, light tidying. Cleaning supplies (rags, scrub brushes, mop, vacuum, soap, bucket, paper towels, window cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner) provided by client
- Cooking possibilities: nourishing home-cooked, kitchen-tested meals prepared in your home. Including tea to support breastfeeding and postpartum healing, lactation cookies or muffins, breakfast muesli, freezer meals, made-ahead dinners for the week, fresh bread, and tasty snacks
- Personalized postpartum recovery resources and all recipes I prepare for you
- Referrals on request to 40+ local care individuals and organizations (as needed)
Full-Spectrum Doula
Giving you the space to process your transition to motherhood while being nourished and nurtured – from pregnancy up to 4 months postpartum.
- Zero-obligation introductory meeting at a café
- Intake appointment of 1.5-2 hours
- Four prenatal meetings in the comfort of your home to discuss your birth preferences, childbirth, giving birth in the Netherlands, breastfeeding, newborn care, and the postpartum care I will provide as well as self-care for postpartum
- All birth and postpartum doula services, including 2 postpartum appointments within 72 hours and 5-6 weeks postpartum to discuss your birth and transition to motherhood and 5 appointments of 5 hours each for postpartum doula support.
- It is also possible to space postpartum doula appointments or adjust to suit your personal situation. For example, beginning 2 months postpartum after conclusion of a visit from family or spacing every 2 weeks. This is arranged in consultation.
